Hobart City Council has declared this year's Taste of Tasmania the most successful ever.
About 230,000 people are believed to have been through the gates since last Wednesday.
Hobart's Lord Mayor Rob Valentine says local producers have cashed in on the event's growing reputation.
"It seems that seafood, mushrooms, all those sorts of things seem to be really, really popular," he said.
"We've had one stall that's gone through 600 kilograms of scallops, 300 kilograms of trevalla. I mean, it's just immense."
The event finishes tonight.
